Professional Recovery Consultants, Inc. began collection operations in Chapel Hill, NC in 1979 with one client, a two-room office and a $5,000 loan.  Since that time, we've grown to become one of the most effective, client-sensitive agencies in the industry.  Our success has been built around an extremely stable and experienced management team, a commitment to technology and a belief that we must operate in an professional and ethical manner.  
PRC is one of a few collection agencies that has achieved it's PPMS certification from the American Collectors Association (ACA).  PPMS is a management system for collection agencies based upon developing and adhering to a set of industry specific practices and policies.
