PPMS (Professional Practices Management System) is a compliance and quality control management system, which unlike SAS or SSAE programs, is designed specifically for the collection industry. PPMS is based on compliance through implementing and adhering to the industry’s highest level of professional practices and policies. This certification is administered through our trade organization, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA). PPMS contains 18 elements which cover ALL areas of our business, not just specific areas like SAS70 or SSAE16 certifications focus on.

that have achieved and maintain this quality control & compliance certification.
PPMS provides agencies with the tools and techniques necessary to:
